Minibus Bury have extensive experience of travelling to different sporting venues and events throughout the whole of the United Kingdom, ranging from local competitions to international sporting events, we have experience of traveling to the majority of the major sporting venues throughout the country.

Whether you are travelling to watch the FA cup final at Wembley or a cricket test match at Lords, the one thing you do not want to be is late for the start. We understand the importance of punctuality and always do our best to prevent any foreseeable delays and that is why every one of our fleet is fitted with the latest satellite navigation technology by tom tom and have the benefit of receiving live traffic updates updated in real time that inform each driver of any possible delays that may lie ahead and what alternative route they may be able to take in order to avoid any possible delays to ensure that you get to the event on time and with a minimum of delay.

Your minibus driver will probably have visited various major stadiums throughout the country and  will probably know the drop off and collection points at a large venue or may even know a better place to drop you off and an easier and more convenient  place to pick you up for your return travel. If there are any problems and to ensure that you don’t get lost, every driver will have at least one of your groups contact numbers and you will also be supplied with the contact number of your driver, this helps to ensure a problem free journey and avoid any possible misunderstandings later on when it is time for collection. We understand that things may not always go quite as planned and that is why we try to be as flexible as possible in the service we provide to our customers and clients.

If you want to arrange for collection for your group from a single location or would prefer to arrange a door to door service and collect people individually please let us know in advance and we can tailor the service to suit your individual travel requirements. Upon returning from your sporting event we can do group drop off or again offer a door to door service, all this can be pre-arranged and discussed while booking your minibus hire.

Popular sporting events that we cover are horse race meetings throughout the country such as at Aintree Racecourse,  Haydock Racecouse, and Chester Racecourse. Our minibus drivers are very experienced in traveling to the major sporting events all over the country and between them all they believe they have travelled to almost all of the Premier League football grounds in the country and even to a few obscure home grounds that maybe no one except the home fans have ever heard of .We have regularly transported  the fans of Bolton Wanderers , Manchester United and Manchester City to home and away games  the length and breadth of the country in our minibuses. Collection for football matches is usually outside the home ground but again we can arrange collection as a group or individually to suit your needs and can even pick you up from the pub if that is what you want.

We also provide a regular service for school and university sporting events and enjoy taking students and supporters to matches and events in our minibuses, some of the sporting events we have provided minibus hire for are university hockey tournaments, school netball matches, football matches and even the occasional rowing events. If you have a lot of sporting equipment to transport, we can also offer to attach a trailer to back of the minibuses upon request to help with transporting any sporting equipment you may require for your event or competition that will not be accommodated in the Minibus.

Bury Minibus have a no smoking policy by la. In all of the fleet signs are clearly displayed, failure to abide by this will result in the trip being terminated immediately and the full amount of the trip to be paid. Customers must ensure to book the correct size minibus for their requirements as excessive amounts of baggage will not be carried, if the driver feels it un-safe. The client booking is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers, if any issues occur they will be the point of contact for the driver. If the driver feels the behaviour is threatening the safety of the passengers and other road users the trip will be terminated and the full amount payable immediately.

The cost of the service is agreed by the Bury Minibus and the client at the time of booking. This is agreed verbally or by e mail. If the client needs to amend a booking, Bury Minibus will aim to help, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

A £20.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, at Bury Minibus discretion this can be waivered.

A deposit is NONE refundable, buy making a booking with Minibus Bury you agree to the stated cancelation fees

14 Days before date of travel 50% of the total balance is payable

7 Days before date of travel of the full balance is payable

This is to be paid within 14 days and will be the responsibility of the person booking.

The client making the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism to the bus. This cost for this will be issued in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If any of the party is sick in the vehicles, Bury Minibus will charge £50 to £100 to be professionally cleaned.  The client booking the trip will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip. Please contact Minibus Bury as soon as possible if you think property may have been left on the minibus.  We will do our best to retrieve any items for you to collect. We wil not be held responsible for items left in our vehicles.

Bury Minibus service and safety check the fleet as often as recommended by the manufacturer.  All precautions possible are made to ensure the fleet is safe and reliable. If breakdown occurs, we can not be held responsible for missed arrangements/flights/trains etc under any circumstance. A substitute vehicle may be supplied to the one booked in the event of breakdowns.

Please contact Minibus in Bury if you think property may have been left on the bus.  We will endeavour to return any items , however can not be held responsible for items left in our vehicles.

Bury Minibus will endeavour to be at the agreed pick-up point 10 minutes before to the booked time. There are occasions that circumstances are beyond our control that will prevent this. Bad weather, traffic accidents, road works and so on, when confirming a booking with Bury Minibus you are agreeing  to our 30 minute grace period.  The Driver will drive at speeds within the law  If Bury Minibus deems it nun- safe for your trip to proceed, ie snow, we  will be notified as soon as possible, the deposit will be refunded. Minibus Bury will not be held responsible for missed arrangements/flight/trains  etc under any circumstance.
