Minibus Hire Bury Fleet

All of our minibuses at Minibus Bury are equipped as standard with a 3 point diagonal seat belt for each passenger. We operate various size minibuses in our fleet that range from an 8 seat minibus up to our largest minibus which seats up to a maximum of 16 passengers. We also have an executive 16 seat available for hire.

Fleet Service Van

To support our Minibus we operate a fleet Service Van. The service van is an integral part of the minibus fleet. Our minibus vehicles are maintained at regular intervals and professionally serviced in line with all VOSA policies and safety checks are routine.

The rapid response service we operate is an essential part of our ethos: we aim to do everything possible to keep our clients 100% happy at all times and the best way to achieve this is to ensure that our vehicles are fully serviced and ready for use at all times available for hire and not off the road or in a substandard condition.

If for any reason we find it necessary to change or replace a driver during a minibus hire contract, instead of inconveniencing the client and keeping the client waiting until a replacement driver arrives at the location, we always use the service van to provide a seamless changeover of drivers at a predetermined time and place.

Luggage Trailer Service

We regularly use the luggage trailer for airport transfers to carry extra luggage. It is custom built trailer with a side opening door. It has a 750kg luggage carrying capacity and is large enough to accommodate most luggage requirements. It is perfect for multiple airport drops at different terminals, or even different airports when a lot of baggage will be carried.

For our corporate clients who are likely to be travelling various locations and possibly staying overnight, a luggage trailer is essential as it can carry any equipment necessary for presentations and events. The luggage trailer is also perfect for corporate airport pickups, especially if you are unsure as to how much luggage your clients will be carrying. It is always better to have too much room rather than not enough we believe.

Bury Minibus have a no smoking policy by la. In all of the fleet signs are clearly displayed, failure to abide by this will result in the trip being terminated immediately and the full amount of the trip to be paid. Customers must ensure to book the correct size minibus for their requirements as excessive amounts of baggage will not be carried, if the driver feels it un-safe. The client booking is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers, if any issues occur they will be the point of contact for the driver. If the driver feels the behaviour is threatening the safety of the passengers and other road users the trip will be terminated and the full amount payable immediately.

The cost of the service is agreed by the Bury Minibus and the client at the time of booking. This is agreed verbally or by e mail. If the client needs to amend a booking, Bury Minibus will aim to help, however can not guarantee this is always possible.

A £20.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, at Bury Minibus discretion this can be waivered.

A deposit is NONE refundable, buy making a booking with Minibus Bury you agree to the stated cancelation fees

14 Days before date of travel 50% of the total balance is payable

7 Days before date of travel of the full balance is payable

This is to be paid within 14 days and will be the responsibility of the person booking.

The client making the booking will be charged for any damage/vandalism to the bus. This cost for this will be issued in the form of an invoice to be paid in 14 days. If any of the party is sick in the vehicles, Bury Minibus will charge £50 to £100 to be professionally cleaned.  The client booking the trip will be invoiced. (Unless payment is received by the driver on the day) This is to be paid within 14working days. Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances, if customers choose to ignore this the trip will be terminated. The full amount will be payable by the person who booked the trip. Please contact Minibus Bury as soon as possible if you think property may have been left on the minibus.  We will do our best to retrieve any items for you to collect. We wil not be held responsible for items left in our vehicles.

Bury Minibus service and safety check the fleet as often as recommended by the manufacturer.  All precautions possible are made to ensure the fleet is safe and reliable. If breakdown occurs, we can not be held responsible for missed arrangements/flights/trains etc under any circumstance. A substitute vehicle may be supplied to the one booked in the event of breakdowns.

Please contact Minibus in Bury if you think property may have been left on the bus.  We will endeavour to return any items , however can not be held responsible for items left in our vehicles.

Bury Minibus will endeavour to be at the agreed pick-up point 10 minutes before to the booked time. There are occasions that circumstances are beyond our control that will prevent this. Bad weather, traffic accidents, road works and so on, when confirming a booking with Bury Minibus you are agreeing  to our 30 minute grace period.  The Driver will drive at speeds within the law  If Bury Minibus deems it nun- safe for your trip to proceed, ie snow, we  will be notified as soon as possible, the deposit will be refunded. Minibus Bury will not be held responsible for missed arrangements/flight/trains  etc under any circumstance.
